If you are interested in moving forward with commissioning a custom crest, please reach out to learn the earliest availability in our studio schedule. You will then be directed to purchase an illustration through our online shop or we will create a custom listing for you. Once your order is placed, your spot is reserved. Please note that our studio schedule is often filled up to several months in advance. We suggest reserving your spot on our calendar as soon as you know you want to collaborate with us! 

 The timeline varies depending on the scope of the commission, but please allow 1 week to produce an initial sketch, 2-3 weeks for revisions, and 1-2+ weeks for painting. You will be provided a digital file in a png, jpeg, or pdf format. You may use the digital files on your website and to print stationery, other paper products and wedding goodies.

Due to the custom nature of my work, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any custom illustrations or envelope addressing orders. My watercolor illustrations are one of a kind and made specifically for your project. There will inevitably be slight variations between the colors of the printed product and the color as represented on your display screen. Proofs, both digital and physical must be carefully reviewed.
