What quantity envelopes should I order?

In addition to your guest list count, I require that you include extra envelopes (20% of your total).

How do I format my address list for calligraphy?

Your list should be typed in a Word document or an Excel sheet where each column represents a line.

Please ensure all of your names and addresses are exactly as you would like them to appear on the envelope. I will not make any changes to the text provided, so please double check that your list is correct. As you are inputting addresses for a semi-formal or formal wedding, please spell out all words like "apartment", "post office box", the state "South Carolina.” Apartments go on a separate line. If you would like to include guest’s titles, please format your list accordingly. Emily Post has an excellent guide for addressing correspondence as well.

Due to the custom nature of hand lettering, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any envelope addressing orders. With hand lettering, it is common for there to be variances in the spacing, size, and style of letters. As calligraphy is an art, no two handwritten pieces can be identical. The same applies to color variances. There will inevitably be slight variations between the colors of the printed product and the color as represented on your display screen. Envelope orders must be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery. If within 48 hours of delivery, and at my sole discretion, reasonable requests for revision will be considered. Any errors made on my end I will happily fix at no charge.
